08.21.17 – Daily Haiku

Let the rose petals Dance upon your skin like an Intricate story Whisper your every Need, your every want into The depths of my soul

Our skin meets and our Fingers intertwine, softly Leading us to peace Overflowing with Searing passion we never Stopped to take a breath

The sun beams upon My skin, dancing among my Scars, the rain has stopped Bliss kisses my soul I am no longer lost but Ready to find home

We love, we live and We sacrifice for those we Love without a doubt

I rest my head late At night in hopes of finding Solace from today

I now have what I Needed, what I desired, what I wanted always

I can’t breathe and I Know it’s because you’re drifting Far away from home

Time does not slow its Pace waiting for you to heal Instead, push and strive

The rain softly knocks At my bedroom window while Blankets comfort me

Give me a double Shot of whiskey and your hand And I’ll be happy
