Don’t look back at the mistakes you’ve made in the past. Don’t look back at any negativity from failures. Take these as lessons and grow from them. We must remain ever growing. We should always be learning from our failures, if not, then what are we doing? What’s the point of looking back and dwelling in the past? What’s done is done right? So we focus and move forward. Do not waste time or energy on things we cannot change, on things we cannot control.
Have you ever made a mistake? Don’t answer that, because we all do. It’s in our nature to make mistakes BUT this is how we learn. This is how we GROW.
Have you ever grabbed a hot tray straight out of the oven? OUCH! Bet you wouldn’t do that again right?
It’s a crude example but it gets the point across. A lot of the lessons we will learn will hurt but we mustn’t let them break us or stop us. We cannot let mistakes or setbacks or failures determine our future.
The future is not written. It is not set in stone. It is not pre-determined.
Work your ass off for what you want, for what you need.
Never stop bettering yourself.
I’m at a point where I am comfortable but I feel that my life is lacking passion in the things that I am accomplishing. I am moving through the motions. At times, doing what people think is a good idea for MY life. Keyword = MY. I once heard that if you are doing something you are passionate about then you won’t be as tired, as lazy.
That thought stuck with me.
Have you ever been doing something you love, something you are passionate about and noticed that time just flew by? I observed that when I am doing something that I get lost in that I don’t notice the time, I forget to eat, I am focused. I don’t remember to get tired. I am not simply filing time but trying to do something productive, something that I am passionate about.
Hold on to what you need to and move forward. Remember don’t look back and keep growing.
Now I leave you with some motivational words by Tom Bilyeu.
