Change starts with you.
It starts by realizing something you want to accomplish, no matter how small or how big, and starting to work towards it. In my case it’s writing. Even if I only write a little bit every day that’s still more than standing still.
The same principle applies to a lot of things. Take a diet/overall healthy lifestyle change for example. You start small, by reducing a small amount of calories or taking a walk, then you build from there.
It all starts with a single change to make anything possible.
