As I sit here on a beautiful Sunday morning I can’t help but to be thankful. Thankful for being alive. Surrounded by people that make me feel wanted. Surrounded by love, warmth, purpose.
Life throws a lot of unnecessary and unexpected situations at us, that’s never going to change. What I can tell you and what I do know after all these years and hard learned lessons is that we can change.
Change the way we react to situations.
Change the way we accept and adapt.
Change the way we see a situation itself.
Things don’t always have to be seen in a negative way.
