Spending their last summer together, five friends set out to have fun in a remote cabin. What they least expect is the evil that awaits in the forest.
So I’m excited to bring this new short story that I am working on to life. I have the main idea, more or less, of what I want. Now it’s just getting the words on digital paper and seeing where the story takes me.
Just looking at the cover makes me feel a bit uneasy.
I’m pretty sure we’ve all been in a situation where dread has taken a hold of us and either we were unsure what to do next or we were paralyzed with fear. Now imagine this happening during a time where it’s supposed to be all fun and people having a good time…away from society…in the middle of the woods.
The Forest Awaits takes a group of five friends spending their last summer together before going off to college and spending a week in a remote lake cabin. Everything starts off fine until…well you guys will see once it’s completed, because at this point I don’t know either haha.
I think hope wish I’ll be done with this story in about a month or less.
